How does coaching work?

After an inital (no obligation and no charge) 20 minute chat to see if this would be right for you, we will arrange two sessions which are normally a fortnight apart.  These sessions can be held over the telephone, internet video calling or by prior arrangement in person in Manchester or London.

We will have identified the issue you are looking to work on during our initial call so these two sessions will involve a mixture of coaching and training with useful tools you can take away into everyday life. 

Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. 

What can I expect from coaching?

You can expect to receive the time and attention you need to consider the issue that’s on your mind.  As your coach it is my job to listen carefully but also to feedback to you with suggested tools, actions and exercises which you can use everyday and refer back to in the future. 

How long will it take?

Two sessions of 45-60 minutes each either weekly or more usually fortnightly apart.  

If we are meeting in person, there is also an option to have a one off half or full day session including additional coaching and training sessions with breaks. 

What does it cost?

Please contact me to confirm details as prices and availability can change. 

Two sessions over one month – £200 per session (£400). 

In person, half or full day – £600 to £1,200. 

Prices are VAT inclusive and payment by instalments can be discussed. 

Will my employer pay for coaching?

Some employers are very happy to pay for coaching and we can discuss this with your employer.  Your coaching, and anything you share in our sessions, remains totally confidential even if this is funded by a third party.
