This is for firms who are looking to do more than offer fruit alongside yoga or mindfulness classes in the lunch break.  My programmes teach skills for managing and reducing stress levels, sustainable time and energy management and the power of authentic conversations for career and business development. 

My workshops combine practical training with group coaching enabling each individual to receive the knowledge and support they need to make changes to their own life and working day.
