Emerging Confidence is a 6 part online recorded course designed to support legal professionals in enhancing self-confidence, reducing feelings of imposter syndrome, and creating stronger boundaries.
Post-pandemic, higher levels of stress and overwhelm are inevitable, and this course has been designed to equip you to create your own daily strategies and supportive mindsets to thrive in your career and life.
Key Objectives of the 6-module course:
- To offer a supportive programme to enhance your non-technical skills further and increase enjoyment and engagement with your work;
- To address the current and future pressures associated with stress and overwhelm so that you feel equipped to handle the day-to-day with great coping strategies in place; and
- To give you the space and direction to consider your own career path and progression, your personal values and work-life balance goals.
