How do you get would-be clients on the phone or into a meeting?

Very frequently I have conversations with fellow legal professions who believe that they are not good at business development, it’s hard, it’s scary, it isn’t “them”, they can convert people when they speak to them, but they don’t know how to get them on the phone or into a meeting.

The secret is….there is really no secret.
